Greetings!


I seem to be encountering a problem with Warlight's chat system.

When I click the "Chat" button in the in-game menu when a new message has been posted: the chat doesn't show up and the other buttons stop working.

The chat DOES pop up when no new messages have been posted. However, clicking "View history" will not show up any message.

Furthermore, I can't seem to view any message at all when I want to view a chat in a game I've not been part of.

I still receive notifications whenever a new message has been posted in "My Games". No problem here

I use Mac OS X Lion (10.7.5). I can submit my laptop's configurations if necessary. The issue doesn't seem to exist on Google Chrome.

Also, when deploying armies it sometimes wouldnt show how many armies i already deployed like it normally does on the left side of screen.

Won't work for me either and I have Google Chrome so..

I tried it on google and microsoft edge same exact problems.

I have the same problem, no chat. Also anything that has a scrolling window in games seems to be broken as well.

In one team game in which I am participating I am unable to issue attacks. When I click on my territory the red arrows come up but when I click on any adjacent territories nothing happens. Also the orders window doesn't display anything. Nor does the territory information at the bottom left.

@ Almosttricky yep i can't use anything with a scroll bar as well including clicking on players names like private messaging or looking up their profile from the in-game name.

i had no problems on chrome, only on firefox. weird that you guys are getting issues also on chrome and explorer. it seemed like a clear case of firefox update fucking up with flash. but same issue on chrome and exlorer makes it weirder to figure out.

It may be worth noting that is only seems to affect the account. Working fine on my other account.

It looks like there was an update to flash today that may have caused the problem. I have the problem on flash version 20.0.0.306.

I also cant create new games apparently.

The problem does happen across multiple accounts but not across multiple computers. it seems more to do with an update than an account for sure.

Sorry about that. There was a bug introduced in the latest version of Flash that caused a few parts of WarLight to break (it had to do with the scroll bars and parts of WarLight that told flash to scroll to the bottom.)

I found a work-around to the problem and I have just updated the site with this fix. Please try now and let me know if there are still any problems.
