The thing is, this feature is already developed as it has been done in the past. Making it a thing - even if member-only - wouldn't take much coding and effort.

That was basically the point of my thread. Since the feature already exists, why not give players the option to use it?

there was a discussion about the colour problem. Many look too similar if i remember right.

50 player games?! I could say "take my money", but my greed already smells 60 slots that need to come... :D

well, for md games it coukld work
i can make a diplo europe with all countries or other .
So i think it should work.

And in RT, well, if there are many people online, posibly, but it will take some time to fill

I believe there are already problems with similar colours (the infamous Aqua & Cyan for instance, can't distinguish these two for the hell of my life) so a few more wouldn't be the problem. Besides, maybe it's an opportunity to finally revamp the colour system?

with more colours it would not be more of a Problem to distinguish them? i don't mind, i just remember that this might be a reason in earlier discussions.

I'm just saying that it won't much make of a difference, the problem is already there. What could be done is a replacement of the colours that are particularly confusing. Still think that despite this flaw, 50 player games are worth a shot.
