And even if he chooses to stall what would be the problem with that and who wouldnt in this position ? He won the 1st place and as such deserves his throne. He will still have to meet all other top ranked players eventually so they ll have a chance to make him lose if they can

that's not the point. stalling is always pity, but i don't see a Problem with what buns does. it's not like he stalls losses. he just Plays slow. also you have to differ between the 1vs1 ladder and the seasonal.

Stalling only works if you play more than 1 game at a time and stall the games you're losing in.

There's nothing wrong with focusing on 1 game at a time. Billy, you are able to do that too, and if you beat everyone including Buns, you will be entitled to that 1st place and I will salute you just as much as I do Buns.

Extrapolating on Billy Walsh's logic all the players that haven't changed in rank for the last week are manipulating the ladder. (I didn't feel like checking how many games they played. The real problem is the not change in rank. How else can we 'other' people get the trophy?) In fact they have prevented me from getting that gold trophy since a 21 win streak still leaves me behind them all 7 top "cheaters"

~The solution is to start a movement and throw away the old elite and make room for new ones. Lets start by giving me the trophy :D

Anyway, Walsh has a point that just sitting at the top is possible once you have enough unexpired games. Buns real crime is winning games. Personally I would support a change to remove the min 1 game option, and keep it at a minimum of 2. I do think that could increase the mobility in the ladder (assuming that is what we want.)

i just joined the 1v1 ladder and i didnt have the option of 1 game at a time min was 2 games at a time so maybe fizzer listened to you TBest

what does 'expired' mean? booted?

They are too old, and do no longer count in your rating. (The limit is 5 months I believe, so to stay ranked you need 20 games within that time slot.)

buns is just a very good player and a gentleman.
there will be alywas envy if someone is in the first place for a longer period.

If u want to get the first place from buns - just dont lose your games and beat him.

He is just playin one game - it is ok - he has earned his spore.

I remember that buns was the only guy who congrats tyrion lannister as he was on 1st for some days. the other posts were just envy. buns won his throne back without crying like a little girl or find excuses.

Buns isn't cheating the ladder, if he has the option of playing one game at the time, he should use it lol... It's hard to focus many games at the time on the ladder, if playing one game at the time might be a bit abusive to other players if he'd lose to others otherwise.

Seriously, he'd harder lose to you if he played 2, 3, 4 or even 5 games at the time, so this complaining has no sense. Playing one game at the time isn't cheating, it's just being a turtle, a thing he is (go and check his clan page ppl!!).

He's playing 20 multi-day games right now, so that argument is obviously invalid. If he were autistic or something and could only focus on one thing at a time, sure but that's obviously not the case. Well, he may be autistic, I don't know, but he can clearly focus on 20 things at once just fine.

Hmmm, idk if you aren't smart or you're just ignoring the facts. Ladder games are way harder then normal games; usually I don't give much of a shit to normal games and focus at 100% only a few games, mostly ladder games and tournaments I have commited to.
