Connections:

Arizona right under the bonus link (USA)
Eastern New Mexico into El Paso (USA)
Iceland right under the bonus link (Iceland)
Juba to the right/left of bonus link- should that be connected? Confusing (South Sudan)
Lviv below the bonus (Ukraine)
East American Pacific bottom right one

That's all I noticed. Keep up the good work, and don't let the h8rs keep you down :)

U seemed to have put quite some time and effort into this, however i personally think that there are to many of theese maps, also note u already have 2100 territories and u havent done oceania,indonesia,sub-saharan africa and south america, also if u got rid of antarctica u could increase the size of playable land and thusly u could incorporate kosovo and kaliningrad into play

Germany has it's name in German, but Switzerland and Austria not? That's not acceptable!

No offense, but germany is big and austria and switzerland are tiny...

:P

But seriously, I am only putting endonyms for superbonuses.

*Looks at China and Siberia*
I personally find that a bad idea, since you would have to put dozens of such connection breakers all over the map.

They're mostly there to break quadripoint borders, now that I think about it I'm not really sure that one is necessary at the oklahoma panhandle. From what I can tell the only quadripoint borders on my map are in the US and canada, but be sure to let me know if you find any others.

By the way, you misspelled "Innsbruck" in Austria wrong.

Thanks, I got it fixed.

That's all I noticed. Keep up the good work, and don't let the h8rs keep you down :)

Yeah, I guess I didn't realize that it'd be hard to communicate broken connections without having territory names. But thanks, You explained the ones you found well enough :P

Fair opinion, although IMO there can never be too many of one map, since everyone brings their own interpretation to the concept.

also note u already have 2100 territories and u havent done oceania,indonesia,sub-saharan africa and south america, also if u got rid of antarctica u could increase the size of playable land and thusly u could incorporate kosovo and kaliningrad into play

I'll consider it, although I am actually planning to put at least some territories on antarctica.

I think this looks really nice. As others have said, there's not a massive demand for it, but that's no reason to give up IMO. Good work, Imperator!

EDIT: What happened to Scotland?

This map looks quite nice, but as others have said, we have plenty, especially when this is so similar to Geopolitical Earth 2016

Thanks, I really appreciate it :)

Well, this is kind of awkward...

I kind of decided to make scotland independent as a sort of nod to ox, but he didn't seem all that excited about it to be honest :P

I know it's not fictional, but to be honest I do this kind of thing a lot when I'm making maps. Just a few more examples on the parts of the map I've completed already:

1. Nagorno-Karabakh

2. Crimea

3. Western Sahara

4. Palestine

5. Cyprus

6. Kosovo

7. Taiwan

And there's probably a lot more you can find if you jsut look around a bit. Scotland is really just the most visible of a long list of my geopolitical fantasies that leak over into my maps :P

You just have to make Warlight political lol
The difference between some of those in your list is a few show up here: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/docs/flagsoftheworld.html

In my Crimea map that I'm making I won't mention either of the two countries and stay neutral :)

personally i believe the small nations in europe deserve their own bonuses, not a superbonus since they aren't huge, but merging benelux and the balkan countries could hurt bonuses in historical and alternate history diplomacies

It would definitely be possible to add 0 bonuses that could be customized if I could find somewhere to out the bonus links, but That's really the thing. I can experiment with this a bit.

Why does Monaco gets its own bonus while Kosovo does not even have its own province?

I've acknowledged kosovos independence from serbia, which is honestly all I can do logistically. Many of the surrounding countries (Albania, Montenegro, macedonia) already have had circles joined onto them, so msts of the countries in the area were already too small to have their own territories, it's just that they happened to also have a coastline.

And this is really where the contrast comes in. Monaco has a coastline and is thus not much different from making an island, whereas kosovo is landlocked. If you hadn't already noticed, I didn't give luxembourg or andorra their own territories for this reason as well.

I like it!!

I personally love the big elaborate complex maps. Tons of territories etc. Make for long games.

I have no idea what the constraints are on map making within Warlight. I'm lucky I can turn the computer on...so my fantasy here is probably not even possible.

But would be cool to see someone make an ultimate world map...a map that literally takes some of the massive elaborate country and state/region/province/etc maps and lumps them together. For example...some map that would incorporate the Big USA map with every USA state divided down to the county level with the big map of Europe which is similar, with some other maps. A world map that has 10's of thousand of territories. A multi day game that might take years to play!!

As someone who grew up playing Risk on a board with dice, when computers and the internet were things in Sci-Fi movies...would be the ultimate experience!!

Anyway, keep making the big maps. I will play them!!

Yeah that's impossible

A multi day game that might take years to play!!

If you really want that, hit me up and I'll set you up a game. (I won't be in it, of course)
