the template for Texas 2v2 is real time (5 min) - can you change that to 3 days?

Boot time in the template is irrelevant when creating tournaments anyway.

Ox, Texas has only 1 start location, 4 armies for neutrals, and 250 armies per start location. Is that will be played in RPCL?

I personally thought of simply not relegating anyone from A and still promoting two from B, making A have 8 people against B's 4, which we fill in with the 4 newcoming clans, and once again have 8-clan divisions like RPCL1.

Turns into:

Alternatively 6A 5B 5C looks good if need be. World League requested them to be portrayed as a new clan and not a successor of Royal Entente, so they get dropped.
