Super promotions are unnessesary in a three league event.

I personally thought of simply not relegating anyone from A and still promoting two from B, making A have 8 people against B's 4, which we fill in with the 4 newcoming clans, and once again have 8-clan divisions like RPCL1.

Right now:

B1B2B3B4B5B6

C1C2C3C4

Turns into:

A1A2A3A4A5A6B1B2

B3B4B5B6C1C2C3C4

Alternatively 6A 5B 5C looks good if need be. World League requested them to be portrayed as a new clan and not a successor of Royal Entente, so they get dropped.

Well Thanatos, Zeph and I were helping Ox, so you don't need to ask for help organizing. However, I mainly help with the spreadsheet while Ox and Zeph did almost everything else.

Ox is surprisingly easy to reach if you really try. Problem is, nobody is "really trying". :P

And he's been slacking recently on basically everything.

Yes, that's all people are waiting on. So far it's just been a "take your own time and practice the templates" (especially seeing the template choices).

Here's an official deadline however: 5th of December 2016.
