1) Yes, it does belong in a presidential election. Inner cities have been shit-tier for a long time. This is the case because nobody from the higher levels have thrown a rope down so the inner cities can climb out of the shit-tier; that, or the inner cities have outright denied any help offered to them, which is unlikely. Chicago isn't cleaning itself up; Detroit isn't cleaning itself up; LA isn't cleaning itself up. when do you think they will?

2) Are you out of your mind? Where is Darwinism in US society? How will anyone go about abolishing the right for citizens to carry weapons? How many criminals in the INNER CITIES do you think will follow this rule, or how many will be helped by this rule? How will the bad cops be charged?
