Is there a boot rate in multi-day games? In that case, mine is lower than 5% and I have a lot of experience with Diplo games.

@Moros: they are the two superpowers. Hence sphere of influence orginally relating to the Cold War between the two superpowers USA and USSR. With all the minor puppet states and minor nations as the smaller nations. The idea of the game is for a superpower to gain the must support for it's ideology.
