Ahh, you found it. Don't tell where it is located!
And with Groningen I've completed 9 provinces now,, and reached the magival border of 500 territories!
And as you can see I have drawn the outline of France and Germany. After all of the territories are drawn it will look better. And I left the inside of the Benelux blue, so the rivers and lakes in them will be too.

It's much faster to just ask translate.google.com. Alternatively, go to Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TheWordYoureLookingFor) and in the menu on the left, look for the Dutch article about the same topic (or, just read the article). Depending on what word you're looking for, either method could be better.

Maybe he just means the Deltaworks? :P Especially the dam North of Tholen looks very weird if you don't know Moros pays such ridiculous attention to detail he even drew in the locks (@Jotham: sluizen, niet sloten ;) ).
