Yes, we will, because you fail to understand one thing: legal or not, whether Dan lied or not, that doesn't change the fact that you're a flat out fucking asshole.

that's nice, as i have told you repeatedly, you don't have the authority to revoke the license you released the code under. that would require my permission and i do not grant it.
while i can understand your desire to limit the humiliation you are receiving, if you want to discuss this privately, you will need to first publicly apologize to me for the numerous attacks and false accusations you have made, when i've done nothing wrong other than being a bit slow to include a Copyright Notice and Disclaimer.

WB still doesn't seem to meet all the conditions of the license. That said, a once issued Apache 2.0 license cannot be revoked:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license...

My work wasn't submitted under an open source license.
He submitted the proof this was a lie himself. It's in the history of a link he provided that he released it under Apache 2.0 this month.
Tell the Truth. The DMCA requires that you swear to your notice under penalty of perjury. It is a federal crime to intentionally lie in a sworn declaration. (See U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 1621.) Submitting false information could also result in civil liability—that is, you could get sued for money damages.
Sad!
