Hi Lew,

you are already in my invitation list, so you have been invited to the Tour events on every Wednesdays so far.
Maybe you wasn't able to see this, because the smaller events fill up and start very quickly (in a few hours, until about 11 am CET on Wednesday) - but if you have e-mail notifications about tourney invitations you can see those invitations.

Tell me if this time interval (on Wednesdays between about 05:00 am CET and about 11 am CET) is not ok for you (you missed to join) and if you need a Wild Card (= Monday invitations)

I am sorry I was late for updating the future events section :|
Grass season (WR templates) already started with Belarus, and now I updated the rest 7 templates from WR season.

We already got used to that if a Tour birthday (on May 30, the Tour was three years old :) ) then a Tour Race final result is coming.
So here is the final result of the 2018 Tour Race with some statistics and records.

  • The TOP25 player from the finished 2018 Tour Race
    (counted only the 2018 events):



    In 2017, Timinator replaced Rak on the throne of the Tour, but in 2018 a new king, Kicorse arrived!
    2018 was clearly Kicorse's year.
    In the beginning, Quicksilver was riding with him in the Race, but then he retired, and the old king, Timinator booted from lot of his games after his autumn vacation. Without these Kicorse still would win the Race imo, but with these he won the Race with a very big point advantage. He holds all the 2018 Tour records except the Most Played Tournaments (see below). And he broke lot of overall Tour records too!
    Long live the new Tour king! :)

  • Here are the full Rankings (including "Results", "Tour records" and "Events" tables) based on only 2018 events.

    • 384 players joined to the Tour events during 2018
      this number was 319 last year (and 530 total so far)
      • 21 players joined to 40 or more events
        this number was 18 last year
      • 44 players joined to 30 or more events
        this number was 42 last year
      • 69 players joined to 20 or more events
        this number was 72 last year
      • 129 players joined to 10 or more events
        this number was 137 last year
      • 193 players joined to 5 or more events
        this number was 192 last year
      • 291 players joined to 2 or more events
        this number was 263 last year
    • 50 tournaments
      • 4 - Grand Slams
      • 8 - Masters 1000
      • 12 - 500 Series
      • 26 - 250 Series
    • 3918 finished games

And now the AWP World Tour Finals is coming!

This new Tour event is based on the yearly AWP World Tour Races, where the TOP16 players will be invited from.
And it is a fight for the AWP World Champion title.

So based on AWP World Tour Race 2018 above, here is the first Tour Finals Bracket (Quicksilver was retired so replaced by Milly (17th))

When I create a template I use teams, and when I create a tournament I use teams (with 1 member) too, but still don't work the notes, so this is a good chance for Fizzer as the next tournament improve ;)

  • I didn't write Tour Race post in the last month, but I made the race google docs, so now I copy here it too (just for the records):

    FSG took the lead from Turkish in that month.

  • And finally some analysis of the 2019 Race after June.
    • Kicorse took the lead from FSG.
      And actually he already qualified himself to the 2020 Tour Finals.
      (last year limit was 2000 points, and he has got already 2670)
      He continues to dominate the Tour!
      Who will stop him?
    • FSG slid to second place (after he took the first in last month), but with a very good points.
      Actually he already qualified to the 2020 Tour Finals too, because from the ongoing games he will have plus 800 points minimum.
    • Rakleader is again in the top spots!
      And actually he already qualified to the 2020 Tour Finals too, because he is in many ongoing finals, and minimum 1500 plus points from those events already!
    • Although Timinator has got only 370 points so far, but from ongoing events he has minimum 1700 points already, so actually he qualified to the 2020 Tour Finals too.
    • It seems that these four players will fight for the first place of the Tour Race in 2019
      But there is still a lot of events left, so anything can happen.
      • For example Malakkan has already 1000+ points and more than 400 points from ongoing events too.
      • GuestNWHSzY has only 280 points, but more than 1200 points from ongoing events!
      • Turkish started the year very strong, 3 event wins already (and 85% win rate!), but he has got only few points from ongoing events (0-1-2 wins from ongoing major events, and already outed)
      • Schwartz did a good start too, 480 points plus already 800 points from ongoing events.
      • Buns and MoD both did a decent start (1-1 event win already), but very few points from ongoing events (and both missed to join to some majors :( )
    • I mentioned these 10 players, but the season still very long! So anybody still can reach the TOP16 (actually enough to win a GS for this ;) ) for the 2020 Tour Finals.
      Who will be that 16 players? :)
