men are more likely to die from disease or cancer because of hormonal differences. The female hormone is more immune to diseases than its male counterpart. This is scientific

Male nature is high risk high reward. The wealthiest most powerful humans in history have generally been men. Men also face harsher conditions: they are expected to work the most dangerous jobs, die in battle, and ultimately take the fall when their empires are destroyed. There are numerous historical examples of cultures killing the men of conquered people and absorbing their women.
There are endless alternative systems that can be planned on paper but this is the unavoidable nature of the male sex. Moral arguments do not affect reality. The ethical solution is to avoid intellectual dishonesty and allow the sexes to fulfill their most comfortable roles.

Everything gooks produce is inferior mass-produced "pop culture" plebeian drivel.
The people of the Far East prefer quantity over quality. The metaphysics of their soulless mantra is manifest in their physical form: small, dark, insect-like, machine-like, sameness of every individual.

quantity means victory at all costs. The pinnacle of quantity over quality would be a "civilization" so-to-speak, of bacteria, which very well might prevail after higher life forms disappear.
But such a "civilization" would be completely pointless, lacking any substance and reproducing for the sake of further reproduction.

The reality is that some gender roles are just completely outdated and useless in modern time, while some are not and will exist forever. It's as simple as that.

Interesting debate. I will have to side with "Some gender roles are obsolete and some aren't and will never go away."
Furthermore Belgian made the best points. We don't need to have 50/50 representation or even 80/20 in roofing jobs, ect. However, I think that the men need to realize that they will be systematically discriminated against if they make certain life choices.
If we just abolish affirmative action and make women have to sign up for the draft to get federal benefits then 99% of these problems will be solved. Even though current gender roles discriminate against men they are necessary due to the biological inferiority of women.
Transhumanism is definitely a possibility but until that happens I will hold the above views.
