how long until the next season will start?

If you go back to prior seasons (start by clicking the link in the 2nd post of this thread), you should get an idea of how long it typically takes for a season to finish.

Made a quick count so errors are possible. So far 23 days. So we can expect like 7 days more to go.

But groups B,C,F and especially D are slower so probably more for them to finish.

I guess I'll be retiring after this.. so please don't include me in the upcoming season.

I know in a previous post i said i was interested but due to lack of time I cannot compete

Congratz to grona for winning the league this season.
Group B has been dominated by WG for getting all their members in the top 3 of the group.
Group C is had on top 2 players without a clan follow by both GG members in that group
Group D is still ongoing but if pushover wins his last game he has no losses at all in this group. the buttom 2 in this group are already for sure with apollo and chewie on last spot.
Group E is finished with ferede as winner followed by krzychu and sarutobi.
Group F finished with Khalid as winner followed by timinator and kevin#1.
Group G finished with tartan1314 as winner followed by falker and dosphorus.
Group H was just a 4-way due to some not showing up. In the end the winner of the group was Garrett followed by lolowut.
Group I is won by Beren Erchamion followed by tied second for bananashake, master bjarke and The Swimming Patato.
Group I2 is won by slammy with tied second place for 125CH209, Master of Desaster and Bigchps147.

Group D has just finished, FYI. I lost to Ekstone, so he won the group.

When next season start? I'd like to join.

Thanks to some nagging of certain people I finally converted the results of season 12 into how season 13 looks like. There were 2 groups with a tie, but I decided to resolve tie differently from now on. No more extra tournaments, I'll explain how I resolve ties later in the post.

Both group I's had a tie for 2nd place and in both groups only 2 of the 3 in the tie got promoted. Here's how I resolved it and will continue to do so in the future.

I looked at the players they beat outside the tie, so in group I1 it's:

Bananashake: 5th - 6th - 7th
Master Bjarke: 5th - 6th - 7th
Swimming Potato: 1st - 6th - 7th

I add all of them together and the player with the lowest score win. The Swimming Potato therefor gets number 2 spot since he beat the number 1,6 and 7 (= 14) which is better that 5, 6 and 7 (= 18). Bananashake and Master Bjarke are still tied though so I looked their result against eachother, Master Bjarke beat Bananashake so gets 3th and Bananashake 4th.

I2 tiebreaker was resolved in the same way:

125ch206: 5th - 6th - 7th
Master of Desaster: 5th - 6th - 7th
Bigchps147: 1st - 6th - 7th

Master of Desaster won against 125ch206, so gets 3th


I'll be making the tournaments thursday, hopefully enough time to get some extra players for group J2. Also congratulations to Grona for winning group A!
