Then you should also change the colour of the unclaimed part of Antarctica to either white, orange or light blue, since those are the colours of either of Antarctica's (unofficial) flags.

And "Provincie Gelderland" in the Netherlands is incorrect. Provincie means province, and Gelderland is a province just as Fryslân. So simply Gelderland would do.
The same goes for a few German states called Freistaat, when they are all Freistaat.

And since the Arabian spring Libya's flag is mostly black, so it would be better to make the country black to, since that is more easily distinguishable from Algeria and Sudan.

The colour system for bonuses is slightly confusing. In most cases you use black as first division (small countries), but in large countries you give the first division a colour too and make the second division black. Proposal: make first divisions black on all cases, and seconds divisions (if there are any) grey.
And you could make national bonuses circles instead of squares. It saves a little space in small countries, and in the large ones it makes them more easily distinguishable from the flood of first divisions.
