It's nice to see myself in this list. For me, however, it should be noted that two (three when including the Poland Big map, which was adopted from rashaz) maps are rated between 3.97-4.0.

PS: My name was misspelled... twice. (Fecoblan Roblexia / Fecoban Roblexia)

I like the map. But your Zhou Leng superbonus number is sort of off the picture, perhaps color in the rest of the Ying-Yang or soemthing?

Thanks, Yeezus. I was kinda hoping the Zhou Leng SB wouldn't be too noticeable, seeing as the number was white anyway, lol.

This is not an objective thread. Mostly, maps get a lower rating if they are longer public.
My maps Benelux and Mongolia had a +4 rating in the past and now it's just below the 4 star rating.

It is very personal which map you do like and which maps others like.
Although I must say the maps in warlight are getting better, especially the huge maps (for example: Switzerland).

Some feedback on the map
http://warlight.net/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=34891

Please do not overlap the yellow connections, that's very confusing
Use more colors, my advice is to use a different colors for each small bonus

If you do this I will give that map minimum a 4 star rating ;)

Ratings are too subjective. Some people will say things like it is too big. Maybe the map is fantastic just the player does not like large games. No reason to ding the map. People should try listed templates first too. One of my maps is built for custom scenario. If you don't play that you cannot assess map well

Any rating is bound to be subjective, objective viewing is just an illusion. You cannot have anything objective. We all view things trough our own understandings, so nothing is objective.

@ Willem van Oranje yes maps fall in rating trough time. That is because at first the map is rated by people that know you and give favorable rating, as time goes by more and more people rate the map (that aren't your friends) and in time, after 2000 votes it gets somewhat accurate rating. Rating is not an indication how good a map is, it is just an indication now much people like playing it.

In short "I would rather have a map rated 4.2 with 3000 number of ratings than have a map 6.5 with 150"

if there is nothing objective how could there anything be subjective?

You're exaggerating a bit. After 50 ratings it's already quite stable, and even the Europe map has only 2200 ratings.

@ Ranek

You have gotten it opposite, everything is subjective and nothing is objective + (of a person or their judgment) not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. Can anything you judge be not influenced by anything other that this if you judge it. By definition it's all subjective.

@Moros

Yes a little bit, but I felt that a bit exaggeration is needed to capture my point. And 50 rating is just (excuse mt language) bullshit (you cloud have 20 alts and 20 friends, that not reasonable rating) it's needed at least 600 to get into a debatable place here.

Again rating is just, HOW much people LIKE playing your map, not HOW GOOD IT IS. it MEANS NOTHING so don't get stuck into rating.

^ HOW GOOD THE MAP IS = HOW much people LIKE playing your map = HIGH/LOW RATING

Do people (as in: more than three or four famous folks) seriously have 20 alts?
Usually only the first 10-15 are friends, after that people start to notice the map at the top of the list and rate it more critically. But the next time I release a map I will try to write it down.
