Im never a fan of limiting options. I prefer as many options as possible.

Overall it seems like a pretty simple and straight forward game. If i ever practiced templates i would not practice this one. Go in fresh and hope you dont get bored of it until game 20.

I was hoping for Multi attack + LD + template with cities and choke points + lots of different cards

If youre looking for a new feature.
A surge attack would be cool, if anyone here played risk 2 they know what it is. You place all your main orders then on the next order window you get 1 attack that can come from anywhere even am army that already attacked/transfered. When the round plays out all the main orders are executed then the surge orders are executed.

Not joining..... doesn't sound appealing nor do I have time.

I've started delaying results of random games for no real reason, I'm not sure I really want to bother with seasonal again. but bugger it I'm going to last a few games and see how it goes. It can't be worse than last season, and if it is, I might actually wait until the entire season has finished before joining the ladder again. (and/or finding out what it will be so I don't make this post at the start of next season wondering whether I actually want to play it or not) I accidentally got two games I didn't what because I rejoined the seasonal ladder 2 days early.

I'm leaving also, the first season I haven't played except from the first three.

Haven't played it, but don't like concept (it is a nice feature to have, but not sure I like it on a ladder). So now you cannot poke at all, which is a big pain. I also don't like the idea for early turns either (warlord placement will be huge).

I will give it a shot before I really complain. But at first glance I don't like it on a ladder. Seems like more of niche setting that could be fun in the right template.

This will be my first ladder so hopefully I can win at least one game. This new mechanic should make for interesting gameplay, but I feel like I will screw myself with bad picks or something else

I think you can set the bar higher than that. I doubt anyone has ever went 0-20.

I'm using the website with up-to-date flash player and Java Version 7 Update 70 . I'm using Safari browser on windows. I joined this ladder 2 days before it started.

Have you tried deploying some, doing full attack, going back to deployment phase and trying to deploy more there and do an attack to a different spot?

Just curious if you can fool the setting that way or not.

You can't, the first order will take all the armies and then the second order will come out as a transfer of 0 armies.

This problem was fixed almost immediatly, just that it has looked like you can split (when you really can't) which is why the dicussion about this didn't end with Fizzers "It's fixed post"

I think the new setting looks fun. Thank you for adding finding new things to the game Fizzer! Can't wait to try it out
