Second with myhand here, some of the answers don't really make sense to me.
The analysis statistical part is correct but the need for a certain move order doesn't always pan out to be correct imho.

Q12 is definitely not up for debate and I explained it earlier in detail why both answers have merit, possibly formulating the questions might not be of highest sort, but I still stand by answer to Q12.

On the topic of Q9 in retrospect I would change it, too many answers and too many variables, I think I should retract Q9 since I'd say 2 answers might be considered true.

And A is the 2nd worst asnwer in that particular question :P

Thats absurd sze. In Q12 D is the worst choice, making E the second worst.
With choice D you lower your chance of getting Antarctica with a chance of 80% to approx. 60%. Now, why would you want to do that?

D is also a possibility, it depends how you evaluate the probability of opponent striking argentina full power. Using 2 3vs2 attacks instead of 1 means that you lose (0.8-0.64)*3=0.48 troops on average, but you get possibly one more troop on Argentina border which in case of failing the bonus might come in handy. Since 0.48<1 and attacking Argentina full with possible ca support is a viable strategy D is not dominated by C, thus I chose E as the correct answer on this one and I stand by it. Also I really do not get why you don't understand why A is dominated by C, maybe you misread territory names...

The picks are already poor imho, first turn bonus from a bad bonus (S.Afr) only works if you get it, otherwise it's just bad. So you have to maximize your chances of getting that.

Because you can see adjacent territories, it allows you to see what's happening in Argentina earlier. You could see if someone took Argentina from starting in Bolivia.
