I still believe that if we reveal our roles and use the witness cards right, we have the best chance for a town victory.

Just open all our cards, obscurity only helps the obscure scum.

Next day the doctors vaccinate each other, while being witnessed by at least 2 people each. Then the sheriff(s) reveal each other and lock someone up , while being witnessed again by at least two people.

Gives a lot of innocents that can trust each other and a high probability of revealing scum/innocents via the witness cards.

Okay people. Coming to think of it now, the doctors should have actually revealed themselves day 1 , so they can vaccinate each other.
Then one of them could have easily been locked up and the other one could have been saved by the hero (if we would have gotten mmb to understand the logic :)

They could have let the infection spread from there and use their vacciantion as a weapon, since now they could talk about it openly, who to double vaccinate next. All under the protection of the sheriff and the hero until their departure into the realm of death.

The infection would do the townsjob rapidly and the doctors could go and vaccinate precisely only who they are absolutely sure about to be a townie.

Vet people you believe are townsfolk. I think myhand would be the safest bet for now, but that would also make him a target for criminals. So choose carefully.
