it seems some members enjoy leveling up. it's a new challenge (eg, some might equate a high level with high ability, which could be a nice self-esteem boost). nonmembers can get new features for the price of viewing ads, a fair trade off. and members who purchased their membership didnt lose anything. they still have everything they paid for. so is there even a problem? do the duel games bother you? dont join. did you get tricked into joining some game with wild settings? make your own games or read the settings next time. is your level not as high as jimmy's bc you use an ad blocker? who cares. buy a membership. problem solved. you wanted more from wl 2.0 in terms of competition or new settings? local deploymemt and games with 40 players are hints that fizzer will do more in that area of the game. he now has time to do more. give him time. if there is no new progress with respect to leagues, clan structures, new ladders, and new cool settings in the next six months, then you have something to complain about.

wl 2.0 is a new framework. expect new features to be added to the framework in time.

I don't think we complain for what other non members get, but for the lack of features members got.

I understand a lot of features are coming after level 38, but there should be the possibility to "buy it all and now" if i don't have time. It's like memembership is not lifetime and ante-active. It started when it started, and endend when 2.0 came up.

^I agree. Personally I would not buy a membership upgrade (or whatever it would be called), but some would rather just pay an extra fee to unlock everything right now. It would be a good option. Maybe he will add it later (wants the mystery right now of what all gets unlocked).

Also, the mistery strategy i think it's good for BEFORE a feat is realeased. It's like showing a teaser,than you go to the cinema and get all. Now, we saw the teaser, after the 2.0 we saw the trailer, and we must unlock "frame by frame" the whole film.

Why can't we see what's there?? Damn it kills me knowing that to get a single feature at least i must play alot and I don't even know what i'm playing for. (if i was a leveling player). We need the target. At least the main ones. At 50 you get that. At 100 that. So we know what's the meter of the features.

I'm slightly annoyed by one thing: local deployment, which seems to be the only interesting new feature so far, takes at least some 1,1 million points to unlock. That means I'd have to grin- play very actively for weeks to get it. Which I won't. So it'll be months. Which is quite a long time. I don't really like that. I guess I agree with red.

You know I think if we got anything it shouldnhave been the 40 player games because members are the one who create the huge templates fir diplos and rp games. I also have never seen a "happy" member about unlocking new features they just announce it. I also want the 20 day name change back cause I'm not leveling up anytime soon I only play large Ffa. And Diplo/rp games that usually end in stalemate. I meed to go back to just regular hallbender because LRA sucks and they screw up games and give me a bad name.

I believe members should get more stuff and be able to do more then original players some sites such as NitroType for example give their paid members lots of stuff that would take months to earn with normal playtime through the time or exclusive stuff non-members can't get. I think that Fizer should reward the members of Warlight with more necessary stuff I think they are getting the deal they should have.

I won't recommend to identify yourself only with levels, stats or so and to start doing everything for it.. There are also good soft sides - fun, competitions, etc.

I think that Fizer should reward the members of Warlight with more necessary stuff I think they are getting the deal they should have.

"Necessary" is the wrong word - the Membership does not give "necessary", but many additional things (compared to non-members) which allows more creativity and fun. This will not change..

After (only) 16 days since the changes i see: Some peoples forgot the old roots of beeing a Member or do focus just on getting somehow easier or faster the rewards, which are a new part of playing warlight. Don't try to change the gamerules for to get a easy win as Member! Take the challenge like everyone and enjoy leveling up step by step! Having fun with other peoples, playing with them, this is still the interesting thing - it's even now decorated with points.. Don't take the lazy short way and don't destroy the spirit about beeing a Member.

Surely the point of being a member is to unlock exclusive features. Your 'noble spirit' of being a member simply doesn't exist. We have less exclusive features than before, which gives us grounds to be annoyed.

Also, I couldn't help laughing when Fizzer talked about enjoying the journey. Until level 38 we can't see what levels do!

You want faster leveling? Similar to skipping sevels? I don't think the Membership is here for to give any advantages for to win the next level or games.. This is a part of the spirit which i meant. Keep patience and fair playing.
There could be space for constructive and good ideas on http://warlight.uservoice.com/forums/77051-warlight-features about more good exclusive features for Members. I don't know - let's try it out :-)
