its a fair bet that Fizzer does other things irl too, so this is most likely a side project of his. that being said, word on what he thinks he can implement would be nice

anyway, I am curious why nobody so far has commented the side-question of this topic being the proposition to "make finished games to be in the active list, until the game report window is checked" (originally proposed by FrontKick2TheFace in previous thread - https://www.warlight.net/Forum/95025-another-whinig-fizzer-improve-features?Offset=0). The reason for that is the fact that a lot of players (including me of course) complain that ended games often "skip" their attention as they are simply moved to "past games" (so if sb has a lot of games pending it is hard for him to trace them all, the more that the "Past Games" section is completely disfunctional in its actual state).

therfore it would be good if u have to see the final report from every completed (ended) game, before it is moved to "Past Games"

3 votes from me. Running a CLOT makes Past Games completely useless for me, since every game created by the CLOT also shows up there for me.

I completely agree with Kain on this one...when I want to review a game it is a hassle to try and find it..the old style was better than the updated format +100

Anyway, I have thought about those additional filters and I think that "Past Games" could also be sorted according to:

-number of players
-number of territories
-number of teams
-points scored (?)
-type of games (ranked, practice, ladder, tournaments, season etc... )
-[Edit 10.07.15] how the game ended for player (he won, he was eliminated, he was booted, the game was voted to end)

and just to remind the previouselly proposed filters:
-end date
-number of turns until game ended

Of course this system would be most beneficial when it will be allowed to use more than one filter at the time (for instance we could be able to ask WL to show us all tournament games and sort them according to the End date)

It could be also good if we could filter games by particular players. I know that this can already be done on each player's profile. But if we implement that system in "Past Games" section it could be extended so that we could choose to filter the games with mor e than one desired player (meaning we could ask WL o show only the games where we played with both player X and player Y).

Aditionally - we could also filter games for particular clans - so that Past Games will show us all games where we played with anyone from clan X (which should be based on players alignance to clans on the date when the game started)
