Holy sheet I remember this! I've played this game long ago and I've enjoyed if very much. Vex and Blender are like the cool oddballs with mysterious OP guards and then cardassia has a cool name. For some reason I always go make a base at Iconia... lol...
Anyways, great map. The bonuses are well rounded and... stuff... I think Vex having 10 bonus income is a little OP when you compare them to places like inconia... at first, it seems like the low bonuses around Vex are good enough to balance it out, but if you take the trip to dyson you could easily become OP after going through Cardassia and stuff... I think Vex or Dyson should be lowered a little... like 1 or 2 bonus points would be fine... XD

Interesting map. Gaining control of the wormhole certainly provides a great advantage early on. There is a sloppily-drawn connection between Xonok and Nyoabek. Did you mean to make Tholia a 2-territory bonus? Also, I find it interesting that Bajora is worth more than Cardassia, given their histories.
