^^^ The Earthsea template is pretty good. In that tournament and the games are very interesting. I find it to play quite a lot like the treasure island template (at least that's how my games have panned out thus far)
i for one will miss the current settings and it was my first experience off Multi attack and LD together. The games were generally very tense and exciting and to whoever said it wasn't strategic... wow, those settings produced far more strategy than a regular 1v1 game, especially one involving luck like the 1v1 ladder uses. I hope Fizzer continues to shake things up and keep the excitement of the seasonal ladder going
and allow me to add .. that they must allow 60 days vacation so a player can start the game take a teritory .. and then ... vacation .. is nice strategy to get a win from the HIGh COuncyl of WL
+1 for randomized bonuses 0% SR but please get rid of No-luck cycle. Fizzer himself admitted that's not a good option for ladders, so why he still use it in seasonals.
Because with randomize bonus is crucial counterpick best bonus and best is know in advance if i am gonna try to get 1st pick with a super fast risky picks or slow pick, with lot of thinking but getting 2 and 3.
