We are 47.41% into this season's clan league, so now we're starting to see a clearer picture of what the end result will look like. If you told me before this season started that WG would add Falker and Gnuffone, but be rank 6 halfway into the season, I would laugh at you. Not only are they rank 6, but they current have the max points that Apex ended with last season to take rank 1. Adding Gnuffone into their already good 3v3 lineup that scored an impressive 9-3 record last season has started them at 0-3 against Lynx, French, and Apex. I'm not trying to blast them, these are just very very odd statistics.

When I look at these statistics for this season between the top 2, it's surprising how close they are to last season.

I mean it's like Apex and GG have flipped positions from last season. Just btw, once we hit 40% of games completed, that's when GG began a losing streak and Apex began a winning streak. That's actually happening right now. (Apex has recently won 2-3 games, GG has recently lost 1-2 games)

If you thought French would get relegated from group A, I think you owe them an apology. These guys have nailed it this season and they were very good at team games last season, so I don't see them falling.

I'm surprised as well, but something surprising always happens every season. Last season saw WM crash and burn, the season before that saw a surge of Apex that no one really saw coming (We dominated that season).

AHol did win a 2v2 game dont see the points of that in here? So give them a few more points and especially some alcohol

Ah, well. Since my last post French has been on a losing spree, and Lynx won a couple key matchups vs Blitz. Now Lynx sits potentially 3rd and French need to stop completing so many games so fast :P

Apex and GG are practically tied. Max point differential is 6 and real point differential is 3. I wish I could say things got better for WG, but they haven't.

JV clinched Guiroma 1v1 for a 5-1 win. Latnox clinched Turkey 1v1 for a 5-0 win atm, his loss will not affect if he wins.

AHoL are doing well, AHoL stuff.

Apex just keeps winning team games, and now are 1 max point ahead of GG. Apex has 99 points and GG has 100 points.

In other news, Darkpie got booted out of most of his games and thus Lynx has taken a serious hit leaving French and Blitz to capitalize pretty hard. WG is clawing their way out of the relegation pit with AHoL but I keep hearing the "One of us.. One of us.." chant. It's quite scary. All of the 1v1 tournaments all have winners which are:

Strat 1v1 ME 0% WR: Mike from GG (5-1)
Battle Islands: GreenTea from Lynx (6-0)
Greece: Gnuffone from WG (6-0)
Guiroma: JV from GG (5-1)
Strat 1v1 ME 0% SR: Brisk from Apex (5-1)
Turkey: Latnox from GG (6-0)

3 sweeps, 3 GG wins, 4 different clans.

Ughh.. That's hard on Lynx.

^What is that supposed to mean? I think we are the best clan to be in. Doesn't mean we should be called #1 (apex has won the last two CLs since we took it).

But, I think we will make a comeback and get at least 3rd. I have faith.

Sad about Darkpie's boots :( I know some games for other clans have been made up, but is that an official thing? Like when(if) Darkpie gets back, can we make up games where Lynx was winning or in even shape in before he got booted?

Basically, if it's boot at pick stage it can be replayed, but games that were on-going past pick stage is arguably anyone's game even if the player booted had a decisive advantage.

Considering that Da Vici didn't won any game yet, maybe every warlight player would be agree we can expect better for after.^^ We got a strong 3rd place without him, and even with a poor performance of Niko and me for now.

We understand better the modified-Europe map with Wazz now which was new for us, so we hope to win some games here too.^^ So maybe we can still grab some points to Apex and GG in this Clan League.

While I can see where you're coming from, there shouldn't be any rule which prevents rematches if both teams agree. To offer a rematch when you've won on boot, is in itself a noble gesture. We should encourage and applaud such behaviour in this age of cheats and stallers.

I agree with you MoD, but I think it's more a problem of arbitration. It's not always easy to decide who got the lead if two players are not agree, and some players could could pass for assholes even if they are in their rights.

The problem is to find a compromise between laxity and fairness. In a world where everyone is agree with everyone else and the truth is obvious, of course this problem doesn't exist.

In a second hand, there is also a problem of gestion for managers. If everyone could get a make up... keep the score and schedulde clean will be very hard. Considerong vacations are honored and each clans has the choice of their roster, players should be able to deal with it (most of the time... a little bit of laxity is always welcome).

The most important is to have clear rules, displayed before the start of the tournaments. This will be the case for the next season as the best is possible.
