When i say round up, with a slope of 5 benefits 2 advantages, choosing 2 benefits would result in 2 disadvantages. 3 would give 2 disadvantages, etc. Don't know how that wasn't apparent.
Other than that i also noticed you didn't post your economic stats. Don't just say you're socialist, put up the stats for it as well so we are completely correct on both sides.

After the collapse of America and Canada, the federal governments lost all power and states began to leave or be forced out of the Union over a 5 year span between 2023 and 2028. When the states of the Great Lakes (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan) left in 2025, they created the Great Lakes Republic (Which only lasted 6 months), then once Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas joined, it became the Republic of the Midwest. The name changed again when the Kingdom of the Dakotas was invaded in 2031 (which gave way to the annexation of the Dakotas and Nebraska) to the Grand Republic of the Midwest. More land was added in 2034 as the GRM invaded the Independent Republic of Ontario, and in 2035, when the Kingdom of Virginia was annexed Diplomatically (Kentucky) and through war (West Virginia and Virginia). Despite the conflicts of the Midwest, little to no rebellion or secession groups have arisen due to the freedom allowed to every individual in the Republic, and the near central location of the Capital, in the Modern Day cities of Chicago and Milwaukee (The two grew together in the exodus of people leaving Canada and the American South). Crime in the Chicago-Milwaukee area has gone down due to the upped armed Police force in the new Capital.

Okay so just for reference if you want to keep the game diverse make your faction in Asia, Latin America, Africa or Australia. If your nation is in a place that is already crowded, that's completely fine though.

I think either of the two collapsing would probably create a chain reaction with the potential to take down the other. HOWEVER, this is not the thread for this.
