AI's accidental surrender in his opening game against DR. Love (pressed the surrender button instead of history!) has ruined any chance of finishing top 3 for him. DR. Love, on the other hand, is leading the group with just 1 loss to Leo. Turkish is looking strong for a top 3 spot, and Leo and Noobster will be in the mix, too. Super Smoove might make it, Ameter is probably unlikely.

I have officially locked down group F with a 7-0 season :) Leo is actually pretty good at this template also. I've played him many times and we always go down to the wire

Eire, you can't join this season, but but you will be able to enter the league next season. Probably won't be for a month at least, though.

iNsAnE and Master Turtle will probably lose their games vs Алексей as both of them are behind in income.
iNsAnE has a tie-breaker vs Don so he will probably place 2nd.
Don can place 2nd if he wins all his games and Master Turtle wins iNsAnE.
slydog384 still can place 2nd if both iNsAnE and Don lose two more times at least.
Master Turtle can make a tie for 3rd place with Don and slydog384 if he manages to win both Don and iNsAnE.
ARand0mPlayer surprisingly won Master Turtle, one of the 1st place favorites. He can place 4th if he wins BlacKnight, and both Don and Master Turtle lose a lot of games, and Kent loses at least once.
Kent has a tie-breaker vs ARand0mPlayer but it is unlikely that he places 4th.
Ryzys and BlacKnight did not win anything this season (except booting Legacy) so they will probably fight for 8th place.
Legacy is 10th.

After being lauded by huddyj for his 6-0 start, PhucilliJerry went 1-2 to limp to the finish at 7-2, also losing the head-to-head tiebreaker to Baer. szwenk can still force a 3 way tie for 1st place by winning out his last three against Taji, ipg and japan77. The most picked #1 in the group, ALE, finished 4-5.

If szwenk doesn't win out, Baer takes the group. If szwenk wins out, there would be a 3 way tie. Using the secondary tie breaker, PJ and szwenk would each have a score of 16, with Baer having 14. huddyj, I assume this forces a 1 game playoff between PJ and szwenk, or do you revert back to the first tie-break and whoever won the head-to-head between PJ and szwenk takes the group?

Since last update, I've edged ahead of Buns with the win against him to claim the lead. Buns is still looking solid though, so I had better not slip up. Gibs is also in the hunt, holding a tie-break over me should I lose another game. Master Bjarke is off to a slow start, but Group A first-timer, BenSeu, is showing he's got what it takes to mix it with the best. He has already beaten last season's runner up, Master Bjarke, and Group A regulars Pantelas and rocky1. Predicted top 3 is still possible, but Bjarke especially will need to get a wriggle on, currently sitting at the bottom of Group A!

Since last update:
smileyleg has locked down second place with a tie-break win over TWOLKER. TWOLKER has put on a couple of wins to climb to 4th in this group, but looks good for top 3, as he's the only player outside the top two with a winning record (3-2). Arkanton can only make top 3 if he beats smileyleg and TWOLKER in his last two games, and TWOLKER loses at least 1 other game. Panagiotis is the only other player who can make it to top 3. (Lampião may have a remote chance if results fall a particular way, but I don't think it's realistic)

Алексей has taken control of this group, and can't lose top spot even if he doesn't win another game. Well done! slydog finished the season strongly, but will need to wait on iNsAnE and Don to see if he's done enough to qualify for the top 3 and promotion to Group B. Don should finish top 3, with a tie-break over slydog meaning 1 win in his last two matches will be enough. iNsAnE has tricky games against Kent and Master Turtle left, as well as losing the tie to slydog, so he's still got some work to do to wrap up a promotion. Turtle can theoretically end up top 3, but has lost some crucial tie-breaks so I can't see it happening.

Master Turtle is 9th now with his 5 losses and the tie-break loss vs BlacKnight.
Did not see this coming.

zanbato currently sits top of this group, with a win over Bonsai. To win, Bonsai just needs to beat Wenyun, who is hard to read with only 1 completed match (a loss to zanbato). Matt and cookie both have wins over zanbato, so if they and Bonsai all beat Wenyun, zanbato will miss the top 3 completely! Wenyun can win the group by winning all 8 remaining matches (a long shot)

Just one match left to play in Group E, and it's crucial to the results at the top end! If szwenk beats Taji, he creates a 3-way tie for 1st with Baer and PJ. On count-back, Pj would be 1st, szwenk 2nd, and Baer 3rd. If Taji can beat szwenk, however, Baer wins, PJ comes in 2nd, and Taji would take 3rd. All other places are decided, with group favourite, ALE, finishing in 7th position, narrowly avoiding a relegation.

I will soon be publishing this season's P/R Guide, so stay tuned to see the promotion and relegation slots awarded to each group. There will be at least 3 promotions per group (excluding Group A) and 2 relegations per group (excluding Groups G1 & G2).

Thanks for hosting, huddyj. I was mostly happy with my tournament, until I realized my bad picks against Matt could actually cost me top 3! I'm cheering for Wenyun :)
