Guess who's back, ladies and gents? It's Troll [20]! After a month and a week, this league has received its first update. The first one covered the exciting and dramatic Cat attack thread! How was this decided? A few people put their opinionated lists, and they were averaged out to make a final list!

The golden rule here: Don't question any logic, because there is none. Any questions regarding the logic are declared null and void!

Notes

1. There is only one tie this time. Tie-loving Colonel and Genghis share the 11th spot!

2. As usual, there are 21 competitors. [21] sounds stupid.

3. Again, people here aren't necessarily trolls, although there are a couple more than last time.

4. The biggest climber was Darth Darth Binks, who climbed 1 spot. Congrats!

5. The person who fell the most was MightySpeck, who fell 6 spots. Tough luck :(

Analysis

An observation to be made, is that the new competitors either did really horribly, or very successfully. Gen. NumbNuts managed to knock ol' Flanderson off of his top position, and thanks to this, there is barely anybody who climbed.

Ox is the only non-mover, holding onto the 4th spot. DDB, Martian, is the only climber, as well.

In the beginning, we saw lots of Polandball trash talk. We moved onto more mature nationalistic propaganda. Following this... ah, who cares. It's all summarised in Flanderson's overview! :D
