one weak point we will have. While USA and Australia may is finished for month. Other countries may stay at one player.

What are we doing then to fill tourney with teams?
Giving "disqualified" players a 2nd chance, as a "Team USA 2" for example?
And putting one-player countries together as "rest-of-the-world-teams"?

If the idea of the pre qualifier is to select the best 3 from the USA selection to make just 1 team then that is going to make the whole thing pointless, because they have a larger selection of players, they will have more quality players in that team simply by statistical advantage.

If the idea is to seed the players into multiple teams and spreading out the good players among several, rather than doing it geographically, then that's fine.

If you're just going to have the 3 best USA in one team, then there's no point in having USA in the tournament, as they will clearly win. Either that or I propose a European team and we select the 3 best Europes to go against you.

I disagree, you could say the same thing about the Olympics. Yet the UK does surprisingly well for its population size. Also I reckon Italy, France or Poland could easily be considered to beat the USA (depending if certain players play).
