On a serious note, I mailed him and he has read my message. He will regret ditching way his account no need to do it. I'm sure people wont mind aslong as he wont do it again. I don't see any issue, I'm kind of honoring him for admitting it on the forums.

I agree. It's a funny story to tell, but not a good reason to leave. We love you clement. I recall being in some diplos with you and you seem a decent fellow. take control of the account again, pay fizzer the $3 to change your name back and come back. No one's going to hold this against you long term.
if it was a clueless error it's fine, everybody makes mistakes, but if it was a recurring troll done on purpose to ruin everyone else's fun then i'm more pissed and indeed would rather not have you in this community anymore unless you repent from your sins and redeem yourself in the eyes of the flying spaghetti monster.
