Hehe, let's see if a moderator IP check of Hell gives some result...

You are trying to hunt down the master hunters, prepare to get hunted down yourself.

Maybe I'm new here and don't "get" this community. However, I support the original poster, whether or not it is an alt.

Cheating begets cheating. It should not be tolerated by this community. Period.

If they cheat on CL, the player will be banned there. Ladder cheating should be adressed by Fizzer.

Why target CL and not ALL leagues?

It's not about tolerance but about enforcement responsibility.

Multi-accounting + stalling on the 1v1 ladder is a Warlight-level issue- it's a violation of Fizzer's community rules, and it's ultimately Fizzer's responsibility to enforce them (either directly or through his moderation system). A report was made through the system, and it's been verified that it was received, reviewed, and some actions were recommended or taken. Niklas has also withdrawn both accounts from the ladder. The people who needed to be aware of the issue to take care of it are all aware of the issue, and now it's entirely within their system.

It's not every driver's responsibility to chase down fugitives. There's an established system in place here, and there's no good reason to try and work outside it.

Clan League does not have a responsibility to make sure people play properly on the ladder. Clan League has- and enforces- its own rules, and its obligations end there. M'Hunters should not be compelled to remove a player from their own roster (unless that player's banned- if your presidential candidate gets arrested by the FBI, then it's not really in your hands anymore).

This would set a very dangerous precedent and undermine the current reporting/moderation system. Let Fizzer + his mods enforce the rules, Clan League run their own league, and M'Hunters run their own clan; there's a separation of responsibilities in place, and it's there for a good set of reasons.

@MoD

If someone was stalling/cheating on the 1v1 Ladder and acknowledge that they are doing it but refuse to stop their action even to get the rank for one day, I would kick him/her out of my clan on most situations with her/him the player.

Fair play is good play

This is not an acceptable answer. If our community is to have rules, it needs to be enforced by every level of institution if you want to be taken seriously. Fizzer has only sporadically, at best, enforced the ladder rules. Do you want to tolerate sporadic enforcement? No. I refused to back down in the last time we had a major cheating incident, in which a member of GG was multi-accounting coin tournaments and getting away with it. We as the whole community should not tolerate cheating.

If you think cheating is unacceptable, you're either with me on this or you condone cheating yourself and you're just trying to deflect the issue. There is no grey area.

I have to say it's also a matter of integrity. A clan has the right to choose wether to kick cheater or not, ppl shouldn't push the clan to decide on that matter, but the same clan won't have the right to complain if ppl start spreading that they're a safe heaven for cheaters and criticizing it for that.

As for the complain here, don't hide yourself behind an alt, try and have the balls to do it with your main.

@Platinum:
Looking at your clan page 101st seems to have higher prerequisites than Lynx nowadays. Lynx doesn't have a history of kicking stallers:

If you want to advocate public shunning of a cheater, fine. But then do it %100. Dont single out my league. Tell everyone to blacklist the player instead.

Whether or not I agree with that action is irrelevant. I just want consistency from you

Also, i do applaud those who find cheaters. I asked for a ban from ladders in that thread. So my comments here do not change that.

Get your facts right... As soon as we heard he cheated we gave him the opportunity to defend himself. When he couldn't we kicked him out right away. Shortly after that he got banned for life on both accounts by fizzer. Cheating on coin games is a legal issue for fizzer so he can't even ignore such situations

When did I say we kicked him out (he was in WM then)? Everyone knows Gnuff cheated on a season. It was discussed before he joined WG. He said he learned from his mistake.

Why are we rehashing old news?
