MASTER lineup update!

QB will play for us after he tought he would have no time before.

Changes:

QB will replace me on 2vs2 Final earth
I will replace push on 3vs3 Great Lakes
QB will replace sephiroth on 2vs2 ME

Can we still change our predictions? This kinda changes everything in the run for top 3..

Yes... In fact, I really don't know how a team could change so far its lineup after the deadline... it's not a emergency, it's completely a new and abusive way... And I don't understand now why Push blames Chris about lineup get apparent to everyone before all lineups were fixed. We should change almost everything with this kind of stuff.

I'm not really against this, but hopefully, all clans doesn't play with that. This could really be abusive.

So, of course, predictions should change with that !

I would also like a confirmation from Chris if this change is allowed at this point...

I'm in favor of replacing someone who can't play anymore, but I can't say the same for someone who is available to play all of a sudden.

This just gives masters sole position of first imo :P and this line up change is pretty short notice

That is kind of cheating. Everyone could place their weakest pwople everywhere and then replace them after seing the lineups of other clans. That should not be allowed.

Maybe we should think about changing our lineup too in this case and certainly not tell you in what way we'll do that until tournaments are made...

Honestly atom it is kinda messed up I see a lot of things I would change about our roster to make it stronger, but that is why there is a deadline so that we cannot see others rosters before hand, that is all. I think you are some what attacking sultan for simply stating what most others are thinking. We are given a deadline for a reason. I think you guys have the strongest team no matter what, but if one of us 3-7 ranking teams did it there would be an uproar. It should not be different just because you are the "best" you know? :p

You're missing the point, Atom. Even if it was Sammy over QB, I would still not be ok with it myself.

There's a deadline for posting your lineup. Did you forget about it? There's no valid justification for adding QB in when other clans are respecting the deadline and not changing their lineups... It's about respect and sportsmanship.

I can understand Gustave being replaced in Blitz because he wants to retire from Warlight. As for the rest...

"QB is better than Seph on 2v2 ME SR?" Any day of the week :D not saying Seph is a bad player, but QB is just REALLY good.

Tbh I don't really care much on this matter, just answering the questions that were not answered but coming from a different point of view, and not trying to side with either of the side, I believe the other clans feel cheated since Masters was able to change the lineup by altering around players and implementing QB into the lineup which they feel to be unfair and gives Masters a upper hand in the Clan A league.

I feel so :P but I also feel that it was so last minute which they thought is unfair since you were able to switch your lineup around and make it much better which as they aren't able to do that

On a matter of principal, Masters are in the wrong here but there are a few things going for them.

1. For CL7 and all CL before that, Clans could change their lineups up until the day the tournaments were created. Or in other words, the deadline to submit your lineup was the same day as the tournament started so there wasn't any of this swapping.

2. By having QB participate, it gives a better representation of the upper echelons of the Master Clan which is what this league is all about. The Rules should embody a desire to have the rosters reflect the abilities and activity of all the Clans' top tier players. This deadline rule does not reflect this principal.

I have replaced people for some clans that had people leave their clan or go inactive. When i saw this request i paused because it is not those scenarios. In the past we never made these elective changes.

I told motd my reservations about this, especially as Phaeril said people were outraged that lineups were seen by some before the deadline. It sort of throws out the deadline if any changes are ok.

I will let him decide how to set the precident here. Since he will have to live with it.
