Turkistan Federation
Capital: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Territories: the whole Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrghizstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and the Xinjiang region in China.
History: after the destabilization in the Middle East and the collapse of international treaties, the Central Asian turkic states have decided to form into one single federal republic with a joint army in order to ensure security against the foreign powers, creating the Turkistan Federal Republic. The new republic took advantage and supplied the Uyghur rebels in the Xinjiang region, successfully resulting with the independence of the Uyghur Republic; which joined the union immediately with a referendum.

Structure: the Union's system acts similarly to the US system with 6 states; Kazakh Republic, Uzbek Republic(where the main capital and the house is located), Kyrgz Republic, Tajik Republic, Turkmen Republic and the newly annexed Uyghur(previously Xinjiang) Republic. The states have the power to make their own laws but it is usually regulated by the federal government located in Uzbekistan. Two main parties participate in the congress; Respublika Partiya(the moderate centre-left isolationists, somewhat similar to Democratic Party on US, currently in charge of government) and Turan Partiya(far-right turkic supremacist jingoists). Kyrghiz people are somewhat unhappy with this federative union and calls for referendums to leave, althought the constitution disallows it. Elections are held in 4 years with the next one is about to be held in a few months(at the game start).

Religion: Sunni Islam, althought Tengrism is on rise with the population.

Military size: small and underbudged as the current government spends the budget towards industry; may change if Turanists come to power.

Buffalo, you didnt give any information on your nation so I am not accepting it. And also, your history with diplos is very crappy.....

Also, not all of the countries will be the same size, as stated in the opening thread.

Here is mine:

-Nation Name: Republic of Ijinjakini
-Capitol: Lagos

-History: Blood diamonds have since depreciated in value, and white slavery has ensued in Ijinjakini. King Bongani led the revolt against the mine owners and managers. Ancient arts, magic, and medicine are now being practiced. The Ijinjakini people have started to practice the art of geurrilla warfare, and take the backbones of those they defeat and hang in their expansive caves. Many Ijinjakini live in trees and on cliff edges, since many had not seen the surface of the earth for the 5 years leading to the revolution. Bone piercings, tattoos, and diamond weaponry are almost always seen, but the Ijinjakini are never heard... until it's too late. The people are peaceful, and do not desire war, but if war befalls them, they will retaliate.
-Religion: Traditional Ijinja
-Military: Small, geurrilla warfare. Thumb bones are collected off of fallen enemy and hung around the killers neck.

Loveland History: The days was dark till the true messiah the messiah of love came to this land a land which promised he will bring the light through love there is no need for hate lets hug each other and help each other to move in a greater place let love guide us (love the magnificent first ruler of loveland).

Traits: Heavy religious country/Secluded society/Heavy propaganda
Cons: Alliances not allowed/If capital fall the current leader dies the country fails and becomes a vassal of the country which was conquered by the country which conquered Loveland will decide the regime: republic military dictatorship etchetera (this will set a chain of events before the game will be send the chain of events according to each regime which will be put by the conqueror to the game master)

The state cannot enter in formal alliances but the figureheads are nasty and dirty and not idiots so temporary alliances for a war can be made but will not be formal ones the religious regime can betray their temporary allie or vise versa at any point cause simply there will be no official alliance

Heavy propaganda:after each year the power of the propaganda will grow stronger max10 +1 each year incase of war if loveland just looses some parts propaganda will lower the damage in the reputation if the reputation reaches -10 the country collapse. Each lost territory -1 if the reputation is at 0 or lower is -2 if the country looses a war while is at minus reputations at the start of the war and is an offensive war this results to total collapse if the country gets attacked whille in a minus reputation state the Leader can trygger the warcry of love only once and each lost territorie will count as minus 1

Secluded society nothing really is known about the inside of the country and the big powers dont really care for the crimes commited inside the lower the reputation the higher propability will be for the crimes to be known

(optional) Religious country can choose 1-2 countries discusionable at a time in order to spread the love:P each turn a dice will be rolled and the country will know or not know about what is happening if gift cards are allowed this will lead to an uprising loveland cant be directly targeted exept if the same country is targeted twice. There will be more chanches for love cults to arise in countries who are at war. Number of uprising people can be discussed if the uprising is succesfull (50 percent territories captured) the country change the religion to the religion of love and becomes a love puppet.


The third part is a bit difficult i am open to suggestions everyone have to agree in order for this to suceed

-History: In 2020, the leaders of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal decided to create a trade union in
the west Mediterranean Sea. After the collapse of European Union in 2027, they created WMSU to have more power. In 2032 they began colonizing Northern Africa with some wars.

Kretoma, after the fall of ISIS, the nations of the middle east noticed the rest of the world growing rapidly so they joined together to do so. All of the faithes still stand just under one united nation. And an idea for you could be Israel and maybe Libya and egypt or something. To fill more space.

And Dr. Love, your idea makes no sense to me, it appears way too complex...

Since the bonuses are built into the map, I really do not want to change any of them as it may confuse players. With that being said, when you play the scenario, some nations are VERY strong and other nations (such as the Arctic Union), which are supposedly large and powerful nations, are very very weak. Any ideas as to how I could make these nations more powerful income wise?

Hm. Well, you could give everyone a base income of 500, and then any additional income would be from territories owned. This puts the AU at 625 armies per turn instead of just 125 (ish, not sure what the exact income would be). Giving everyone a base income of 500 makes for more even wars as well, as even small nations still have a decent income. Yet, at the same time, it doesn't imbalance the game. Minimum armies earned per turn, no matter what, would be at least 501. Wars would still be fair, but they would be harder-fought. For example, if base income is 5, then a nation with 6 armies per turn might go up against a nation with 305 armies per turn. They wouldn't stand a chance. However, if base income were 500, it would be 501 vs. 805. Though the larger nation would still likely win, they would have to work for it.

Another idea is capitals. Since the AU's capital is Reykjavik, if you felt that they were too weak, you could change Reykjavik to however strong it needs to be to balance it out. You could do that with any country that's too weak. You would unfortunately have to change some bonus values, but only one for each player. As for the ones that are too strong, like Adolf's, I would suggest simply forcing him to downsize.

You could do both ideas, since I feel like the AU, though not super strong, should be closer to 800 armies per turn, give or take a hundred or so.

for incomes, you could simply use the regional/country bonuses to give income.

AU for instance can use the Iceland bonus for income while me(Turkistan) can use Uzbekistan.
