Weirdly enough, ONE! was dominating early on; however, Masters were able to outplay ONE! late-game with their safe bonuses eventually trumping ONE!'s income advantage. Masters how have a 3-0 record and continue to rack up more victories. ONE! is, ironically, 1-1, so they fall into fourth place for the time being; however, they have the greatest potential to change their ranking depending on how they continue to play.

Meanwhile, Turkish falls into fifth place, where he will stay (he cannot pass fourth place due to losing the tiebreaker game against Wini, and andy903 of Lynx cannot get to Turkish's 3-3 record even if he wins his last game).

Masters (1) continue to do astoundingly well - they are just 6 points away from passing second place's (ONE!) MP ceiling which would make them the winner of CL9!

ONE! (2) get two 1v1 wins on VI, which offsets their 2v2 loss in FE. They have a net gain of 2 points this week.

Lynx (3) lose a critical 3v3 game on RoR, with their 1v1 win record this week faring slightly better at 2-1. They have a net loss of 2 points.

Turtles (4) lose their only completed game this week. They have a net loss of 3 points.

Outlaws (5) win their only completed game, which benefits them in their fight against relegation. They have a net gain of 3 points.

French (6) are Close to the Edge of relegation (9 points from having Outlaws pass their MP ceiling), and those two VI losses this week may have been the final nail in the coffin. French have a net loss of 6 points this week.

Blitz (7) have no completed games this week.

Actually the win on Volcano Island against alexclusive was by Wick, not PJ. Otherwise, nice update, AG, though it's your own fault plat stole #250. If you just pushed sooner you'd have had it. But what can we expect, given the state of the Slammy Awards...

I'm not the only one who called you Plat. I'm just the only one who didn't feel the need to hide behind the edit button.

Being called Plat is like being called God. I think you are too shy of being called by such a glorious name that you've reduced yourself to calling Beren "filthy indjun" which he indeed is.

Also a huge shoutout to ONE. They absolutly killed it this seasonal and will (most likely) finnish 2nd, what an achievement! They have played extremly well and just, wow! I dont think anyone could have seen that one comeing!

As has already been said before (no partial unoffical updates, so I'm gonna have to downvote everyone), the official winners of CL9 are MASTERs. A very big congratulations to them for their very impressive performance!

  • In one of the biggest upsets of the season, ONE! defeat MASTERs. This game breaks two streaks - one, it breaks Masters' 4 game winning streak; two, it breaks ONE!'s 4 game losing streak. Almost 30 turns, this game certainly has broken the record for the longest DRoR game seen in CL9 so far. And this game has broken another thing: my back. With this loss, Masters must defeat the Turtles team if they hope to win the tournament, else Outlaws can steal the tournament victory if they manage to beat ONE!.

Masters (1) ironically have their worst performance on the week they win CL9. Go figure. They perform well in 2v2s with a 2-0 record, however, their 3v3 performance is the exact opposite. With a loss apiece on EU and DRoR, Masters offset the 8 points they received from their 2v2 wins in the negative direction, and finish this week with a net loss of 2 points. However, this really doesn't affect their performance much apart from dropping their Points Contested Percentage (PCP) under 80%.

ONE! (2) get a nice and unlikely 3v3 win, which gives them a net gain of 5 points this week.

Lynx (3) lose their last game on 2v2 China, which drops their MP ceiling by 4 points.

Turtles (4) have no completed games this week.

Outlaws (5) get a critical 3v3 win in EU, which has almost made them safe from relegation. They just need 4 more points to surpass French's MP ceiling of 105 in order to clinch tenure in Division A for CL10. They have a net gain of 5 points this week.

French (6) have no completed games this week.

Blitz (7) have no completed games this week.

Once again, a big congratulations to Masters for their amazing performance this season of CL! In other news, Outlaws are looking to be almost completely safe from relegation, so it is possible CL10 will offer some more interesting competition than this season had with the addition of GG and Mankey Hunters.
