Anyone else that doesn't like the tick sound? It happens a good half a second after the click, and it's pretty annoying. I have to disable the sounds now altogether :(

I love that tick sound, but I am sure Fizzer is going to do an option to disable it (seperate from other sounds) in the settings.

Windows 10:

in multiplayer tab, in past games, when clicking the 'next' button to go to another page it keeps you at the bottom instead of auto scrolling you back to the top.

If you log out and then log in again into an other account, you still get the games of the other account(refresh hides them, but just the button, if you open a game and come back, the games of the other account are shown again. Even if you are logged out from both accounts, you get the notifications for both accounts.

Tested on Android 8

I changed ui scale to maximum value on my phone and it wouldn't let me change it back. Had to Uninstall and reinstall. Samsung galaxy s4

Fizzer could you make links to warlight games clickable? Cuz there's no way to copy paste on mobile. Also nice to have would be links to forum posts.

Also when new mods become public could the creators of those mods make a forum post to discuss them, create games etc. Because i just noticed there's a mod where you could buy territories with gold

I think this is desired. Notifications are tied between the server and your device. You can log into an account, go to the settings, and uncheck the notifications box to stop it per account.

You can copy a message by long-tapping it. But it copies the entire message, so you'd have to trim out the non-link parts if someone put text before or after the link, which I know is a pain.

Sure, it's probably a good idea. Mod discovery is certainly something that will need work some day, but it may not happen until after launch.

I made the Buy Neutrals mod as an example one to show off commerce mods. I did mention it in the patch notes above. Also take notice of the other mod I added at the same time: Gift Gold mod, which is great for team commerce games since the transfers happen instantly.

@Fizzer, would probably be good to make a Mods subforum. Perhaps right now making it member-only access so to avoid advertising things that aren't released as well as making it easier to find modded games.

If this happens, if possible make it so the threads do not get auto-locked after a while. This is because someone might want to "necro" an old thread of an old mod to request for update/updating help, as well as post his own updates.

^ Could use the general/programming sub form instead because there isn't really any point to create a thread about a mod in a mod subforum and for non-members to not know anything about the mod when Unity is released for non-members. Mod developers can also add a description about the mod anyway.

When will you discontinue the Flash game?
And will there be a mobile AP for this or will we just connect via warlight.com.
I have not tried to access via my ipad. I am still using the AP.

it would be useful to open the games with Unity's client by its ID.

Press Ctrl+G, and paste a link to the game. Or just type ?GameID=XXXXXX

When will you discontinue the Flash game?

We won't for the foreseeable future. At launch, the default will be Unity, but you can still elect to switch back to the Flash version.

Awesome! You should try to stick to this design!

It's visually appealing, it complements the card graphics. It looks loads better than shades of grey.

I like everything except the chat, what 'material' is the chat box supposed to be made out of? Stone? I would think making it look more like clean, unripped paper would make more sense.

I like that the trays slide out over the map instead of pushing it.

Is there a mockup of what it would look like on mobile.

I think the Link Territories button in chat should have a chainlink icon instead of an A

I like everything except the orders(what are that even for orders), but I would prefer it, if the cards stack.

I like it, with 2 comments

- Like DanWL noticed, please make sure when viewing history that orders aren't happening behind the turn/deploy/commit box (Alaska in your screenshot) or the cards box. This happens currently and it's annoying to stop the game and rewind. Since the 2 boxes seem to be bigger, it'll hide more orders.

- Make the space between the chat, between the orders, and between the players smaller. I really don't like scrolling, and in big games, having 100+ orders will make it even harder to scroll. I don't see a reason why tehre's so much space between all of those, other than visual. But I don't think we want to sacrifice function to make it more visually appealing

Something i had in mind for quiet some time is making the box with player names smaller if it isn't fully filled to the point where you need to scroll. This would make the orders bigger with it as well which might be usefull for some screens with a lower height.
This point basically is something Viralgoat also mentioned a bit to make more orders fit in the orders box on the right.

Besides that the cards look a bit too big. How they look in the unity client right should be sufficient in size for the cards in my personal opinion.
