Someone declined in I2. Can you manually start please?

@jakiller: frank himself declined but he needs the invite to still have access to start the tournament i think but at least he always needs to invite himself

Looks like group D requires a manual start even without anyone in our group declining.

Made a quick count so errors are possible. So far 23 days. So we can expect like 7 days more to go.

But groups B,C,F and especially D are slower so probably more for them to finish.

I guess I'll be retiring after this.. so please don't include me in the upcoming season.
