That sounds like it would be fun figuring out who comes third from J1 if Spectre Alpha wins the last game. (assuming they're be 3 players being promoted from J1 if J2 is getting a super promotion - otherwise it doesn't matter except for knowldge). We can't even go with who defeated me since I lost to top and bottom of the group. (although one of my wins against the trio was a boot at distrbution)

Remaining games: HHH vs Frank, HHH vs Mirror, RaZx vs timon. Frank vs HHH probably decides the winner of the group, though a 3-way tie involving timon is still possible. Mirror wins the tiebreaker over RaZx. There remains a possibility for a 5 way tie for 2nd place... in this scenario, both a promoted player and a relegated player would have a 3-3 record!

Again the official results have it wrong. Falker finishes atop a 4 way tiebreaker to get first place in the group! And Garrett, who only needed to win one of his final two games to win the group, loses both to finish 3rd instead.

Group J1 doesn't have an update, but still has one outstanding game. This means that we are only waiting on groups B and J1.

timon has beaten RaZx, taking the 5 way tie out of play. (Shucks!) This means RaZx (due to tiebreaker with Mirror) and Longhouse will be the ones relegated. The 3 way tie for first (Frank, timon, and HHH) is still a possibility though, but if Frank wins he obviously wins the group. The two remaining games: Frank vs HHH (turn 3) and Mirror vs HHH (turn 4).

HHH is now officially the guy who is holding up the entire promotion/relegation league!

HHH has beaten mirror, meaning that winner of Frank and HHH takes group B. Timon should hope for a HHH loss because he takes tiebreaker over HHH. Meanwhile Frank has guaranteed promotion to group A. This means next season, 4 of 7 group A players will be apex.

What are the prerequisites for joining?

None.

You will just start from bottom groups and have to win to get promoted to upper groups. That is all.
