These may not be completely accurate, but he trolls to an insane level, i agree eh should be banned, for many thigns but also impersonating a clan member (he did this with relite too)

You can report him for impersonating a player, not for impersonating a clan I think.

Learn how to deal with trolls, making a thread specifically about a troll won't help you in any way, Fizzer doesn't care, why should he? Where can you draw the line between being naive and trolling? Who wouldn't be able to say that you are trolling, if a line needs to be drawn?

To hate is to show you still care, who needs that, focus on what's really important. In your case the joy and happiness of playing warlight with your friends. No need to spoil someonelse fun just because you don't like it; ignore it. In the end the better person shows respect and kindness back to the hater. Then the argument may resolve itself.

It's just Pulsey, nobody takes him serious.
Plus he can come in handy when taking care of other trolls.
So my advice: don't take him seriously.

As for banning trolls in general:
who is to say what is trolling and what isn't ?
Drawing an arbitrary line doesn't help anybody except the few people who happen to like the line drawn precisely there.
