Poland and most of Europe is in time zone CEST right now which is GMT+2 so that means for the USA it is somewhere between 3 and 6 am if Sze wanted to do it at 12pm local time

How Americans count: 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

So it's 12 PM, not 12 AM, but don't be surprised if you see someone make that mistake, 12 AM and 12 PM are pretty difficult either how and certainly for non-American who aren't taught the (illogicality of) the system in primary school.

Also note that it's actually GMT+2 because of summer time (or daylight saving time as Americans call it). (edit: as wakanarai already said 2 posts before.)

I'll play devil's advocate and say that i believe we have the confusion with 12's because technically

12:09 am is 0009. They morning. It certainly is a confusing thing.

This is why the 24 hour clock is so much easier
