3 Promotion 1 Relegation is a good idea however there are too many teams which will make RPCL3 much longer than RPCL2. That's why I suggested an alternative in the second half of my post. Please read things.

However we accept that ex-TLW members may form a team for RPCL3 even though TLW has never been a clan to begin with and no longer exists after Felidae expelled knyte, Semice and disbanded the organization for cat-hating.I believe you disagree with the facts here. The clan The Lost Wolves, commonly abbreviated TLW still exists and has existed officialy as an entity classified as a clan on the domain www.warlight.net since March 3rd, 2014, and will for the remaining existence of the domain, or at minimum until Fizzer introduces the capacity to delete clans(see

I suggest you send mail to them to confirm this fact if you have doubts about the authenticity of the claim. The organization also has not been disbanded, as it still exists as previously stated, as well as the fact that no one with the official authority to claim it was disbanded has said so. As such, the only valid statements within your sentence that are true are TLW members may form a team for RPCL3, which is true once you drop the ex term, and organization for cat-hating, which is probably part true, as I am sure some members do indeed hate cats, however this is probably not fully reflective of the clan.
