Is there a cut off on the pool of players (amount), or just the deadline? Otherwise some who signed up early might not get picked or play at all if the pool is too large. Or maybe you can just increase amount of games at a time too

will this phase public? or you will just open a chat with them?

How will you even know half those players that joined tourney? You should also ban alts BTW.

no cut off amount, as Gnuffone said 24 players will be picked the rest will be "free agents"
I am considering making a B group with all the unused players so if anyone is interested in being a manager let me know

the managers will pick when the sign up window is over the 4th of January is the deadline
the draft will be private

I can't ban people just because I suspect they are alts I can only hope the managers behave honorably

I would like to sign up and participate please.

I would like to participate. I consider myself to be well-rounded on warlight, but I am best at Strategic Medium Earth 1v1, Phobia 1v1, Szeuropa 2v2, and 3v3 Europe. I know I am bad at the seasonal ladder template, and with the others, I either don't have a strong opinion of the template, or else I have not played it. I promise I will give you my all.
