What are we going to do in case of insubordination? Execution with tribunal? Or Execution without tribunal?

Given the nature of this site, forum, etc. just think we need a way of making sure that people are still both active and interested in this game. Dropouts will kill it. So we'll need to build that into the draft somehow, an ability to check that somebody we've picked is ready and keen to play.
