A new version is out! Here's what's changed:

3.19.2.3 2017-05-28:
- Trying to commit with no attacks now gives a confirmation to ensure you really want to do that.
- After clicking "Show all", the "Skip" button changes to say "Done"
- On the My Games page, the filter button now shows the first 30 characters to avoid taking up too much space.
- Made a bunch of tweaks and fixes to the tutorial for new players.
- Fixed a bug with mods that made the "Mod" object be nil, instead of Mod.Settings being an empty table.
- Fixed a bug that made the "G" key activate the Go To dialog instead of Ctrl+G. Thanks to wakanarai for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that made chat appear underneath the right column. Thanks to muli for reporting this.
- Fixed the "Root is null" error. Thanks to kevin#1 for reporting this.
- WebGL: Fixed a bug that made the order icons blurry in Edge browser. Thanks to wakanarai for reporting this.

I miss one Function

when i create a Game i can´t search by Clan in Flash Version when i write "Preuße" in the Search Panel at my Friendlist then i could see my Clanmates.

Maybe a great idea would be to add a checkbox to add it in your personal settings so players that want confirmation before committing orders can enable it but it will be disabled by default

Not sure if it counts as "a bug" or something.
But I purchased "Membership" for a friend, while testing the mod section.

And the game wont let me invite my friend (with newly member account) to my game.
I had to restart the program to be able to invite. (Problably something to do with updating the membership in realtime)

I used the windows stand-alone version.

A couple of suggested improvements:
1. Add the game creator to the main page of the game lobby.
2. When opening up a game in progress that you're not in, show the turn number. Right now it looks like I have to go to history to see what turn it is.

Fizzer, any chance of any performance improvements? It's a huge memory hog, in all platforms
-webGL
-standalone Unity on Windows (this one makes my laptop fan go nuts; so it's a CPU/GPU hog too)
-Android (and in Android I have to force-close the app every now and then and restart it)

It's released now to members. If you're asking when non-members can use it, no date has been announced.

Fizzer, any chance of any performance improvements?

Can you send me more details about what exactly you're running into? Let me know what client, and what you're seeing go wrong (if slowdowns, where they are, if memory usage in task manager give me numbers)

- Fixed a bug that caused parts of the Four Castles map to not appear.
- Fixed a bug that could rarely cause an error when sending chat. Thanks to Mike for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that caused an error when using mods that didn't put anythig into Mod.Settings. Thanks to wakanarai for reporting this.
- Fixed a bug that could rarely cause an error when closing a multi-player game. Thanks to dabo1 for reporting this.'

Hey Fizzer! Just want to say thanks for all that you've done, you've truly made a very fun game to play. I may be a nonmember, but seeing all that you've done so far is really exciting! I do have a suggestion though, but I'm not sure where to put it.

I was thinking that it would be cool if, just like you can choose between sending messages in public and private, that you could also send messages to a group of people. Kind of like a group/team chat of sorts, except that they are not predetermined at the start of games and such. This would especially be cool for larger games where there are a lot of people and communicating between alliances would be easier if there was an option to have a group chat that you can create.

It's just an idea, perhaps won't be able to be fit in for this upcoming version, but please do keep it in mind for the future if it sounds as cool as I think it is!

It's really nice to see that my "Limited Deployment" concept has made it into the Unity version! I think it's huge improvement on the vast majority of Warlight play, making position far more important, and rewarding players who think ahead.

I have another simple-but-far-reaching suggestion:

In terms of wasteland mods, I've always thought one of the most useful (and simplest) mods would be to change wasteland behaviour.

It would be nice to be able to use a distribution that comes with a map AND wastelands. (Instead of randomly-placed wastelands potentially ruining the distribution mode, as they do now!)

The rule would be:

* Distribute wastelands normally, but skip any in-distribution territories. (So wastelands only get placed on territories which cannot be chosen as starting positions.)

With the way wastelands currently work, you can't effectively use a limited distribution and wastelands.

For instance, let's say a map has four starting locations, for a 2v2 game. If you enable wastelands, then some of these positions could end up as wastelands, ruining the distribution.

With the fix, you could still play the game successfully.

It would be nice to have this feature!

The second wasteland mod would be similarly simple (and would actually work as a substitute for the first, in a pinch):

* Allow players to choose starting positions first (and distribute the picks), and only THEN seed wastelands.

This would allow you to play a game where you can choose a starting position without knowing the location of wastelands on the map. (A very useful condition for certain types of games! You know where you will start, but not the layout of the land around you, which you must now explore. It's a neat "exploration" style of play and creates some interesting decisions about spreading out to learn where wastelands are vs. conquering available bonuses.)

- Added push notification support for Android users. They can be turned off in the Settings screen if you don't want them.
- Fixed a bug that caused the "bundle is null" or "AssetBundle Memory" errors when loading certain maps multiple times.
- Fixed a bug that could cause an error when loading a game with a large amount of unread chat.
- Mods: Fixed a bug that made indexing a nil reference cause a generic "WarLight broke" error instead of a "mod failed" error in some cases.
